Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license to work at the assigned HMH location by date of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to evidence-based practice and standards of care.
• Coordinate plan of care with patient/family and interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate and document patient status and treatments.
• Facilitate safe patient discharge planning and education.
