Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in New Hampshire with current certification.
• BSN preferred; APA/organization policies followed.
• One year of clinical nursing experience in inpatient or related setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in an inpatient area.
• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for a patient group.
• Documents care and patient progress; updates plan of care as needed.
• Directs and supervises unlicensed personnel and LNA staff.
• Educates patients and families about plan of care and post-discharge steps.
• Manages time and resources to deliver patient care; administers medications.
