Job summary

Concord Hospital Health System in Concord, New Hampshire, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) 2 to provide high-quality patient care in a designated inpatient specialty area. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients with various needs.

We'll consider candidates with at least one year of clinical nursing experience and the necessary RN licensure. This position requires 36 hours of work per week, consisting of three 12-hour shifts on alternate weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Registered Nurse – New Hampshire Board of Nursing; Basic Life Support – American Heart Association.
• One year of prior clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care.
• Gather data through history taking and physical assessment.
• Develop, evaluate, and revise patient’s plan of care.
• Document care provided and patient’s progress.
• Teach the patient about the plan of care.
• Administer medications to patients.
