Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized inpatient care within a designated unit. The RN 2 will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, collaborating with the care team in a safe, therapeutic environment.

Requirements include NH RN licensure and BLS certification, with BSN preferred. This role reports to the Nurse Manager and may involve supervising Licensed Nursing Assistants to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in New Hampshire; Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care.
• Develops, evaluates and revises patient care plans.
• Documents patient progress toward outcomes.
• Directs and supervises delegated nursing activities.
• Teaches patients and families about the plan of care.
• Administers medications and coordinates care with the health team.
• One year of prior clinical nursing experience.
