Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of criticized, classified, and nonperforming loans and develop recovery strategies.
- Respond to inquiries and explain processes to members and staff.
- Negotiate workouts, modifications, and forbearances with borrowers and guarantors.
- Recommend impairments, charge-offs, and risk-rating changes.
- Conduct site visits for loan applications and annual reviews.
- Prepare concise analyses for senior management and regulators.
