Your Role in Our Success

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor a portfolio of watched and criticized commercial loans, ensuring compliance with CBS, underwriting guidelines, and adherence to NCUA, CFPB, and SBA regulations.
• Collect and evaluate financial information from credit unions, borrowers, and referral sources for reviews, renewals, modifications, forbearances, and risk assessments.
• Ensure timely completion of reviews, renewals, and modifications.
• Monitor loan maturities and ensure compliance with property tax and insurance requirements.
• Send financial letters and follow up with borrowers for updated financial information.
• Oversee portfolio performance, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain communication with internal teams regarding portfolio status.
• Understand CBS underwriting guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain core loan systems and reporting portals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, financial institutions, or CUSOs.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, tax review, and loan underwriting.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and credit software.
