Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 3 years' experience in Credit Training or Financial Analysis.
• Strong financial analysis and accounting skills.
• Knowledge of credit policy, risk rating matrices, and bank systems.

Responsabilités

• Underwriting: review assigned portfolio for credit quality and risk rating accuracy; prepare quarterly credit review packages and credit committee minutes.
• Reporting/Portfolio Management: maintain credit files, monitor past due items, prepare underwriting packages, interface with operations, contact clients for financial information.
• Knowledge of Lending Products and Restructuring: manage a small number of less complex accounts and/or charge-offs; develop strategies to mitigate loss; interact with clients.
