Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years in credit training or financial modeling required.
• Alternative: 6 years in credit training or financial modeling with a HS diploma or GED.
• 4+ years in banking, credit, portfolio management, restructuring or special assets preferred.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, underwriting, negotiation and credit writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of criticized, classified, and distressed credit relationships with ongoing analysis.
• Lead evaluation, structuring, negotiation, approval and execution of credit actions.
• Serve as primary contact with management, boards, investors and sponsors for workout strategies.
• Prepare credit memoranda, risk ratings, reserve assessments, and portfolio updates.
• Maintain expertise in restructuring and distressed credit practices and mentor juniors.
