Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Credit preferred.
• 3 years' experience in Credit Training or Financial Analysis required.
• Knowledge of Credit Policy, Risk Rating Matrices, and Bank systems.

Responsibilities

• Underwriting: Process management; review portfolio for credit quality and risk rating accuracy; prepare quarterly credit review packages.
• Reporting/Portfolio Management: maintain credit files, monitor past dues, prepare underwriting packages, coordinate with operations and clients.
• Knowledge of Lending Products and Restructuring: may manage less complex accounts and/or charge-offs; assist with workout strategies and negotiations.
