Job summary

Caesarstone US is seeking a National Manager for A&D and Commercial Sales to drive specification activity and revenue growth across architectural design and commercial channels. Lead a field-based team, coach members, and manage pipeline from specification to project completion.

The role requires extensive travel nationwide, remote work on the East Coast, and strong relationships with architects, designers, developers, and general contractors.

Qualifications

10+ years in sales within commercial building products or related industries.
5+ years in sales leadership managing field reps.
Proven success in A&D, specification, or project-driven sales.
Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of commercial construction and CRM.
Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S.
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business/Marketing/Construction).

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of A&D and Commercial Sales Representatives.
Conduct field travel and joint sales calls to support account development.
Monitor performance against goals and drive pipeline growth.
