Job summary
Caesarstone US is seeking a National Manager for A&D and Commercial Sales to drive specification activity and revenue growth across architectural & design and commercial channels.This leadership role oversees a team of channel managers and collaborates with national accounts to advance major projects.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in sales within building products, 5+ years in leadership, and strong relationships with architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of successful sales experience in commercial building products.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience managing field-based reps.
- Proven success in A&D, specification, or project-driven sales.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.
- Must reside on the East Coast within commuting distance of a major airport.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase specification activity and revenue.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of A&D and Commercial Sales Representatives.
- Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM compliance.
- Maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers, builders, and GC roles.
- Collaborate with National Accounts to maximize opportunities throughout the network.
