Job summary

Caesarstone US seeks a National Manager, A&D & Commercial Sales to lead specification-driven selling and commercial project development across the A&D and Commercial channels. This leadership role oversees a team of channel managers and requires extensive travel nationwide.

The ideal candidate will build relationships with architects, designers, developers, builders, and contractors, coach high-performing sales teams, and drive revenue growth and market share for quartz and porcelain surfacing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in sales within commercial building products or related industries.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience managing field-based reps.
• Proven success in A&D, specification, or project-driven sales environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase specification activity and revenue.
• Lead a team of A&D and Commercial Sales Representatives; coach and develop talent.
• Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM data integrity.
• Build relationships with architects, designers, developers, builders, and contractors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales activities with company objectives.
