WME Group is seeking an Agent on HWA's Speaker Representation team to develop and nurture relationships with a diverse roster of high-profile speakers, while partnering with managers, internal teams, and fellow agents.

The ideal candidate is curious, industry-savvy, resilient, and able to handle demanding personalities. You will support with offers, research new talent, and collaborate with Marketing to grow speaker visibility.

Formación

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong industry knowledge or ability to learn quickly.
• Resilience and composure.
• Resourcefulness and creativity.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Keep CRM database, speaker records, and communications updated
• Tracking deals, referrals, and outreach
• Prepare and negotiate formal offers for speaking engagements
• Aid in researching and signing new speaker talent
• Collaborate with WME and its broader network to identify opportunities for integrated, 360-degree representation
• Partner with Marketing and other internal teams on speaker positioning, visibility, and strategic growth
