Harry Walker Agency (HWA) is seeking an Agent on the Speaker Representation team to develop and nurture relationships with a diverse roster of high-profile speakers. You will partner with managers, internal teams, and fellow agents, handling offers, deals, and outreach.

The role emphasizes relationship-driven work, with the president and other senior leaders providing strategic support. Office-based, with collaborative, fast-paced expectations and opportunities for growth within the WME network.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience; approximately 3 years for candidates with industry experience and approximately 5 years for candidates transitioning from another industry.

Responsibilities

• Keep CRM database, speaker records, and communications updated.
• Tracking deals, referrals, and outreach.
