VitaminMD, a division of Calcium+Company, seeks a coordinator to plan and execute live, virtual, and hybrid speaker programs for pharmaceutical clients. You will serve as the main liaison with speakers and clients, oversee recruitment, availability, and travel, and ensure SOP compliance.

Responsibilities include managing venues, contracts, food and beverages, AV, invitations, RSVPs, attendance, and post-event financial reporting. A remote role with national coverage is possible.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in pharmaceuticals or event planning.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented with proactive problem-solving.
