Job summary

Tekgo is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee service delivery, quality performance, and customer satisfaction across multiple sites. The role requires coaching, training, and performance oversight aligned with DoH, TJC, DNV, OSHA, CDC, AAMI, and AORN standards.

The ideal candidate has SPD leadership experience, strong process management skills, and a willingness to travel across the United States to support customer locations. A Bachelor’s degree and active certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years leadership experience in SPD or related field, or High School Diploma and minimum experience details provided.
• 6 years of SPD experience with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an engaged team to deliver day-to-day service meeting customer needs and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with Customer and Tekgo leadership to align expectations.
• Travel to customer locations nationwide to support operations.
