Job summary

Tekgo seeks an experienced Operations Leader to oversee service delivery and quality across customer engagements. This role acts as a bridge between customer leadership, field staff, and Tekgo leadership to ensure proactive operational management and satisfaction.

The position requires extensive travel nationwide and adherence to regulatory standards from DoH, TJC, DNV, OSHA, CDC, AAMI, and AORN. Strong leadership and process optimization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years leadership experience in SPD or related field, or High School Diploma and 6 years SPD experience with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Active certification in sterile processing/central sterile via CBSPD or HSPA required.
• Must be able to travel across the US to meet customer credentialing requirements.
• Experience with process management and quality control in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage a team to provide excellent day-to-day service aligned with contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with Customer and Tekgo leadership to define and communicate expectations.
• Coach and develop staff to improve performance and engagement.
• Hire, train, and discipline team members to meet company objectives.
• Maintain staff mix and align resources with demand and budget constraints.
• Ensure KPI delivery and regular meetings to review quality metrics and plans.
• Implement corrective actions for deficiencies and drive improvements.
