Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• CRCST certification is required at time of hire.
• RN license is a plus.
• Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the SPD operations across two campuses in a 24/7 operation.
• Collaborate with Operating Room leadership, physicians, and nursing leaders to ensure sterile instruments and equipment delivery.
• Drive quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and workforce development within the SPD.
