Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-5 years experience minimum in Sterile Processing with increasing responsibility.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Manual dexterity for assembling/disassembling complex instrumentation.
• Proficient in spoken and written English for technical interpretation of IFU.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Sterile Processing Department (SPD) operations.
• Coordinate SPD activities with Surgical Services, nursing units, and off-site clinics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and High-Level Disinfection (HLD) standards.
• Assist with SPD budget development and resource allocation.
• Foster interdepartmental collaboration and address operational issues.
