Job summary

Crusoe is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Spark deployments and capacity expansions within its Cloud Deployment Operations team. You will own end-to-end planning and execution, coordinating across engineering, construction, site operations, procurement, and vendors to deliver new and expanded capacity safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project or program management experience supporting data centers, cloud infrastructure, construction, hardware deployments, capacity expansion, or other large-scale technical programs.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure including power, cooling, networking, cabling, servers, storage, GPU infrastructure, commissioning, and operational readiness.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure expansions within existing environments, including evaluating space, power, network, and supporting infra.
• Executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex info into concise updates.
• Willingness and ability to travel to Crusoe Spark and data center locations as needed to support planning and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Spark deployments and capacity expansion projects from planning through operational readiness and handoff.
• Maintain integrated project schedules with design, construction, procurement, infrastructure, deployment, validation, and readiness milestones.
• Ensure sites and data halls are ready when equipment arrives and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate compute, GPU, storage, networking, power, cabling, and licenses to bring capacity online.
• Drive risk management, blockers, and dependencies to keep milestones on track.
• Provide clear status updates, decisions, risks, and actions to stakeholders.
• Develop repeatable PM processes and playbooks for scalable deployment at speed.
