Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC, based in Denver, CO, seeks a Technical Project Leader to oversee Spark deployment programs, from planning to execution, across multiple sites.

You will drive master scheduling, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination with Real Estate, Finance, Manufacturing Planning, Cloud Product & Procurement, Site Design, and Construction teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; PMP or CAPM preferred.
• 6-8+ years in managing complex infrastructure design & construction projects with budgets > $100M.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment lifecycle management for Spark deployments.
• Create and manage the master schedule, critical path, and milestones.
• Coordinate site readiness with internal teams and third-party partners.
• Mitigate risks and maintain velocity with contingency plans.
• Serve as cross-functional liaison across Real Estate, Finance, Manufacturing Planning, Cloud Product & Procurement, Site Design, Construction, and Spark BU.
