Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC in Denver is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Crusoe Spark deployments and capacity expansion projects within our Cloud Deployment Operations team. You will coordinate across engineering, construction, site operations, procurement, logistics, vendors, and cloud teams to deliver new capacity safely and on schedule.

The role requires 5+ years of tech project management, data center knowledge, and strong communication skills, with travel to Crusoe Spark

Qualifications

5+ years of technical project or program management in data centers or large-scale infra.
Experience leading cross-functional deployments from planning through handoff.
Strong knowledge of data center power, cooling, networking, and server infrastructure.
Excellent written and verbal communication; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Spark deployment projects from kickoff to operational handoff.
Drive capacity expansion within existing Crusoe data centers.
Build and maintain integrated project schedules across design, procurement, logistics, and deployment.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, site operations, and vendors.
Identify risks, dependencies, and critical paths; drive mitigation.
Ensure sites, data halls, and readiness prior to equipment arrival.
Provide regular status updates and communicate milestones to stakeholders.
Develop repeatable PM processes for scalable deployments.
