Glaston Corporation in New Jersey is seeking a Spare Parts Associate to support the spare parts order cycle, identify parts, prepare quotations, enter orders in SAP, and keep customers informed through delivery.

You will coordinate with engineering, purchasing, warehouse, finance, and suppliers, research BOMs and part histories, and help with inventory processes while maintaining accurate records.

Responsabilidades

• Manage spare parts requests from inquiry to shipment, including pricing and follow-up.
• Research equipment records and BOMs to identify accurate spare part requirements.
• Prepare quotations and enter orders in SAP; maintain records.
• Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, warehouse, finance, and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Source parts from approved local suppliers when standard items are unavailable.
• Monitor quotations, orders, backorders, and delivery commitments.
