Job summary

Tishman Speyer Properties in Allentown, PA (Global HQ) seeks a Materials Management Provisioning Analyst to manage spare parts provisioning for North and South American projects, developing BOMs in SAP and stocking strategies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in materials management, strong SAP and Excel data skills, and can collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Project teams to optimize inventory and costs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in materials management, procurement, or related fields preferred.
• B.S. in engineering or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP and ability to retrieve and maintain data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, equipment lists, and vendor documentation.
• Inventory management and supply chain knowledge.
• Cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead provisioning kickoff meetings with project stakeholders to establish scope, deliverables, schedules, and spare parts requirements for new projects.
• Review equipment documentation and apply sparing philosophies to identify required spare parts.
• Coordinate material master creation and extension process, including requests to Coding Team for new material numbers.
• Develop, maintain, and validate equipment spare parts BOMs in SAP for all applicable project assets.
• Monitor, track, and forecast project spare parts budgets and completion status.
• Support spare parts estimating activities for new project opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Establish initial safety stock for new plants by evaluating criticality, inventory, reliability, and sparing strategies.
• Identify opportunities to leverage existing inventory to reduce procurement costs and improve utilization.
