medmix Ltd. is seeking a Spare Parts & Preventive Maintenance Coordinator to support maintenance inventory, parts procurement, and PM programs at our Atlanta operations. The role links Maintenance, Operations, Purchasing, and Vendors to minimize downtime and boost plant performance.

You will manage storeroom inventory, establish stock levels, source parts, and ensure PM schedules are followed with accurate records in the CMMS/SAP environment. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Formación

• 3–5 years in maintenance planning or inventory management.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain maintenance storeroom inventory and reorder levels.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and PM work orders.
• Maintain accurate maintenance history and asset records in SAP/CMMS.
• Track maintenance spending and contribute to budget control.
• Develop and maintain critical spare parts lists for production equipment.
