Voyant Beauty is seeking an organized MRO & PM Coordinator to support maintenance and operations by managing preventive maintenance programs, maintaining MRO inventory, and ensuring equipment reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate PM schedules, manage the MRO storeroom, and monitor KPIs to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance effectiveness. Prior GMP/FDA experience is a plus, with exposure to SAP PM/Maximo/Fiix/eMaint.

Competenze

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in maintenance planning or MRO inventory.
• Experience with CMMS platforms (SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix, eMaint).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience in GMP/FDA-regulated environments preferred.

• Maintain PM schedules to ensure equipment reliability.
• Create, assign, and close work orders in the CMMS.
• Track PM completion and overdue maintenance.
• Maintain accurate equipment histories and maintenance records.
• Manage MRO inventory and spare parts.
• Set min/max levels and perform cycle counts.
• Coordinate purchasing and monitor material availability.
• Generate maintenance KPI reports and analyze trends.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and regulatory compliance.
