Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in inventory control or spare parts management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP/CMMS or inventory management systems.
• Strong Excel and Office applications skills; automotive/manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for spare parts.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct cycle counts; resolve discrepancies.
• Submit purchase requisitions and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
• Update inventory transactions in CMMS/ERP systems.
• Support maintenance activities and develop stocking strategies for critical parts.
• Coordinate disposal of obsolete, damaged, or excess inventory.
