Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–3+ years in supply chain or service-parts planning.
• Experience with SAP MM and SAP WM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service-parts planning and fulfillment to meet customer requirements with accurate material coordination.
• Serve as primary liaison by updating order status, availability, shipments, and delivery performance.
• Manage SAP transactions and Stock Transport Orders to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate transportation and shipment activities, carrier scheduling, and shipping docs.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance and Planning to resolve issues.
• Monitor performance and drive KPI tracking and process improvements.
