Qualifications

• High school diploma or above; vocational training is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in inventory management or spare parts administration in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with maintenance processes and spare parts management systems.
• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems, CMMS).
• Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment types.
• Strong data management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of purchasing procedures and negotiation with suppliers.
• Ability to analyze stock levels and forecast needs based on maintenance schedules.

Responsabilités

• Manage the inventory of spare parts, ensuring stock levels are maintained and replenished as required.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to order and track the delivery of spare parts.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all spare parts transactions and inventory updates.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to forecast spare parts requirements based on maintenance schedules.
• Oversee the procurement process, negotiating with suppliers for timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and condition of parts.
• Develop and maintain a database of preferred suppliers for quick access to parts.
• Prepare and present reports on usage, cost, and stock levels to senior management.
• Support the maintenance team by providing timely information on part availability and delivery times.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline spare parts management.
