Freudenberg in the United States is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to direct finished goods and raw material levels across North American facilities. You will lead the inventory control team, coach staff, and supervise KPI monitoring, including scrapped, aged, obsolete, and slow-moving stock.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years in inventory control or supply chain, 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong data analysis, and proficiency with SAP ERP.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing inventory data and improving accuracy.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Direct, control, and maintain inventory levels of finished goods and raw materials across all North American facilities and warehouses.
• Lead, coach, and develop the inventory control team through training and guidance.
• Monitor inventory control KPIs including scrapped material, aged inventory, obsolete, nonconforming, and slow-moving stock.
• Monitor off-site inventories to ensure shelf-life compliance.
• Lead month-end reconciliation for finished goods and raw materials across facilities and external warehouses.
• Plan and coordinate annual physical inventory activities.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
