TXM Inc. is seeking a Spare Parts Administrator for a brand-new distribution facility in Stockton, CA. The role focuses on maintaining accurate spare parts inventory, data entry, and daily collaboration with on-site customers to resolve inquiries and ensure timely order processing.

Ideal candidates will have experience in spare parts stores, strong Excel skills, and exposure to SAP. Competitive benefits accompany a permanent on-site position in a growth-oriented logistics environment.

TXM are recruiting on behalf of a leading Automation and intralogistics provider, to join a brand-new distribution facility in the Stockton, CA area. As a Spare Parts Administrator, you will be using your stock control and administration skills to ensure Maintenance stores are kept up to date.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the on-site customer on a daily basis, providing response to any inquiries/requests.
• Data entry – SAP and Excel predominantly.
• Data management of the spare parts inventory.
• Excel spread sheet maintenance/formatting and report generation. Looking at cycle counts, excess, shortages and consumption.
• Monitoring trends & volumes.
• Sending order confirmations & tracking information to customers.
• Assisting with shipping/receiving and inventory audits.
• Filing and matching shipping documentation/order confirmation.

Your Experience:

• Experienced working in a spare parts/stores role previously.
• Proficient in Excel spreadsheets – formatting and report generation.
• Ideally have exposure to SAP systems.
• Generated reports, ideally for – stock counts, excess, shortages & consumption.
• Strong organisational skills.
