Job summary

Packsize International in Stockton, CA is hiring a Spare Parts Clerk to ensure accurate spare parts inventory, assist in sourcing, and support the Resident Service Engineer. You’ll help determine stock levels, assist with parts inquiries, and audit CMMS records for parts usage.

The role requires familiarity with SAP and warehousing, plus the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. Travel is limited to initial training with ~10% thereafter.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying and ordering spare parts for service teams.

• SAP experience and warehouse logistics understanding.
• Detail oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Customer service mindset with effective communication.
• CMMS experience preferred but not required; Windows basic proficiency.
• MS Excel/Google Sheets skills helpful but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field recommended.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Packsizeis looking for a Spare Parts Clerk to ensure accuracy of spare parts inventory,assistin the identification, sourcing, and procurement of spare parts, and act as a point of contact for spare part vendors. This person willassistthe Resident Service Engineer Manager indeterminingstock levels based on usage and staging of materials for planned work. Theywill helpteam members with parts inquiries and audit work orders in CMMS for parts usage.

• CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) experience preferred, but notrequired

• Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision

• Basic Microsoft (Excel, Word) or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs) experience is helpful, but notrequired

• Bachelor’s Degree, Vocational Training, or equivalent experience recommended

• Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, steps stools, and the like

• Perform tasks that require you to bend, stretch, push, pull, carry, and reach

Travel Requirements

• Initial travel will berequiredfor training. After training is complete, travel is expected to be approximately 10%.

• Ability to travel by vehicle or airplane, domestically.

What We Offer
