TXM Inc. is seeking a Spare Parts Administrator for a brand-new distribution facility in Stockton, CA. The role focuses on maintaining accurate spare parts inventory, data entry, and daily collaboration with on-site customers to resolve inquiries and ensure timely order processing.

Ideal candidates will have experience in spare parts stores, strong Excel skills, and exposure to SAP. Competitive benefits accompany a permanent on-site position in a growth-oriented logistics environment.

Competenze

• Experience in a spare parts/stores role.
• Proficient in Excel for formatting and report generation.
• Exposure to SAP systems is a plus.
• Ability to generate reports on stock counts, excess, shortages and consumption.

• Work closely with on-site customers to respond to inquiries and requests.
• Data entry and management of spare parts inventory.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and generate reports.
• Monitor trends and volumes; track confirmations and shipping info.
• Assist with shipping/receiving and inventory audits.
• File and match shipping documentation with orders.
