Plan schoolwide events and/or performances that showcase the content area.* Assessment & Reporting: Conduct ongoing formative and summative assessments; maintain accurate student records; and provide clear, growth-oriented feedback to students and families through report cards and conferences.* Professional Development: Actively participate in faculty meetings, professional learning communities (PLCs), and staff development workshops focused on continuous improvement.## Qualifications### Qualifications & Requirements* Certification: Possession of a valid New York State Teaching Certification (e.g., Literacy Specialist, English as a New Language, Visual Arts, Music, Physical Education, Library Media Specialist, Dance, or Spanish/World Languages).* Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or the relevant content area.
