Job summary

ICCU in Meridian, Idaho invites a Virtual Service Center Agent (Spanish Preferred) to deliver courteous, accurate service to members via phone, text, email and VideoChat. You will interview members for loans, open accounts, and guide them through the process in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1–2 years in sales or customer service, and knowledge of lending policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of federal regulations and lending policies.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of member records.
• Good knowledge of Credit Union services.

Responsibilities

• Interview members and gather data for complete and accurate loan applications.
• Assist members with opening new accounts and transactions via VideoChat.
• Review mortgage applications and handoff to mortgage team.
• Cross-sell ICCU products and services within compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of deposit, loan, mortgage, and business products.
• Process member wire transfers.
• Communicate clearly by phone, text, and email with members.
