ICCU is hiring a Member Contact Center Agent in Chubbuck, ID to assist members by phone, text, and email. Fluency in Spanish is required.

You will deliver empathetic, accurate service, handle a variety of member transactions, and document interactions to support member financial success within a values-driven team. The role is full-time and on-site with benefits including PTO, holidays, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of Credit Union records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world class service to members via phone, text, and email.
• Provide general information about credit union services.
• Answer calls and meet performance metrics.
• Research and correct member account problems.
• Perform a wide range of member-generated transactions.
• Complete accurate case notes of interactions and call history.
• Work and communicate effectively with team members.
• Demonstrate ICCU values in behavior.
