ICCU Burley is seeking a bilingual Member Service Specialist (Spanish required) to assist members with transactions and service needs. You will promote ICCU products and provide a welcoming, accurate experience across channels.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service; strong math and communication skills are essential. This on-site role emphasizes confidentiality and community financial wellness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or relevant experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions required.

Responsibilities

• Perform member transactions accurately across channels.
• Provide information on ICCU services and refer products.
• Resolve member concerns on first contact when possible.
• Maintain cash drawer, vault, ATM balances, and daily deposits.
• Assist with branch cash and coin ordering and selling.
• Create member and business debit cards.
• Support branch office supply ordering.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
