Zusammenfassung

Tree of Life Family Services LLC provides behavioral health services to children and families in Northern Virginia. We seek Spanish-speaking TDT counselors for school-based roles in Loudoun County, offering part-time or full-time W-2 positions with hourly compensation.

This role emphasizes therapeutic interventions, family collaboration, and care coordination within the school setting, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent Spanish-speaking ability required.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, human services, or related field.
• Active Virginia QMHP or QMHP-T registration preferred.
• Experience with children and adolescents is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual therapeutic interventions and behavioral support to students.
• Engage students in developmentally appropriate therapeutic activities aligned with treatment goals.
• Conduct individual sessions and required classroom observations.
• Implement treatment goals and monitor student progress.
• Conduct weekly family sessions and communicate with parents/guardians.
• Coordinate care with school personnel and other providers monthly.
• Collaborate with teachers, social workers, administrators, families, and the treatment team.
• Complete clinical documentation per Tree of Life standards and requirements.
• Participate in treatment planning, case conferences, and student meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation per policies.
• Attend virtual TDT staff meetings every other week and clinical supervision every other week.
