Job summary

LATINO COUNSELING CENTER, INC. seeks a Therapeutic Training & Support (TT&S) Specialist to provide in-home services within the CBHI program. The role supports clinicians by teaching, modeling, and reinforcing therapeutic skills in youth and family contexts.

You will work in home, school, and community settings, aligning activities with the current treatment plan. The position requires strong communication, bilingual Spanish/English abilities, and sensitivity to cultural and linguistic needs.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to work in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to document professionally.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred to serve bilingual families.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled TT&S services to youth and families in home and community per the treatment plan.
• Review treatment goals and safety plans with the IHT Clinician before executing activities.
• Use structured skill-building, coaching, modeling, and reinforcement aligned with the clinician's plan.
• Observe and report changes in youth/family functioning, barriers, progress, or new risks.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and case reviews.
