Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior.

You will implement skill-building and care plans, record session data, and collaborate with a clinical team to foster a supportive learning environment for children and families. No experience? Training is provided. This part-time role offers hands-on exposure to ABA techniques in Acworth, GA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
• RBT certification is mandatory for this role.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Ability to stay patient and composed in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implementing interventions.
• Be part of the clinical team, executing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning atmosphere and connect with families.
