Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Maryland is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children who have autism or developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-designed behavior plans, support social and daily living skills, and collaborate closely with families to apply ABA strategies at home and in therapy sessions.

This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis and is in-person.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage with children and adolescents.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior plans and track progress with data.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency of strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and records.
• Support daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA methods.
