Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs to support clients in improving social, communication, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include data collection, developing and maintaining treatment plans, and collaborating with families to ensure consistent application of strategies.

Qualifications

• Background with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage with children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Implement behavior plans and track progress with data.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to apply strategies consistently.
• Maintain accurate client progress and medical records.
• Support daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA.
