Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with ASD and developmental disabilities. You will implement plans created by BCBAs and help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

Your role involves one-on-one ABA therapy, data collection, and collaboration with families to ensure consistent application of strategies. Prior experience with autism and a passion for learning are valued in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to effectively engage with children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track progress with data.
• Assist in development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent application of strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
