Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision to help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Familiar with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track progress with data.
• Assist in development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with families to ensure consistent application of strategies.
• Maintain documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
