Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-developed behavior plans to support social, communication, and daily living skills.

You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision, track progress with data, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent application of strategies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or in progress.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent application of strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
