Job summary

Jaydot seeks a PSH Case Manager to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness in securing and sustaining permanent housing, with emphasis on Spanish-speaking clients. You will collaborate with participants to set goals, meet basic needs, and foster self-sufficiency, ensuring housing stability.

The role is full-time and exempt, located in Washington, DC, with a bilingual pay differential of 3% for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, or related field or relevant certification/licensure.
• 1 year of experience providing case management services.
• Special considerations possible for prior homelessness experience.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with up to 25 participants (families and individuals).
• Help participants secure and maintain housing or vouchers.
• Develop and monitor ISP and progress toward goals.
• Complete necessary case notes and input data into databases within timeframes.
• Maintain participant records per federal and DC DHS standards.
