Qualifications
- Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).

- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
- EU passport or Greek work permit for applicants.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking clients delivering premium service.
- Advise on product selection, technical troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Handle inquiries across digital channels ensuring premium retail standards.
- Process orders and manage after-sales documentation.
- Analyze feedback to improve retail performance and brand presence.
