Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking, native or fluent

- Experience in premium/luxury brand customer support (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for Mercedes-Benz owners, delivering premium customer experiences.
- Assist customers with technical inquiries, vehicle specs, and service scheduling.
- Manage service documentation and customer account updates in CRM.
- Resolve inquiries via phone, email, and chat with high client satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of Mercedes-Benz product lines and tech advancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet brand standards across touchpoints.
