Professional Credit Service is seeking a Bilingual Patient Financial Representative to support patients with billing inquiries and payment arrangements at our Springfield, OR office. The role emphasizes empathetic communication, data entry, and knowledge of healthcare billing.

You will work on a full-time schedule, 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday, using healthcare database programs and CRM systems to assist patients and resolve insurance questions promptly.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required to assist patients effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation to support patients with empathy.
• Good communication skills for call handling and written correspondence.
• Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes in a medical billing context.

Responsibilities
