Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Dallas is seeking a Passenger Services Agent to assist travelers with check-in, seating and boarding for international and domestic flights. You will verify travel documents, issue boarding passes and help manage seating and manifests in a fast-paced airport environment.

Responsibilities include handling Spanish-speaking guests, complying with safety and security policies, and providing exceptional service while working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess/maintain a valid Driver’s License and FAA required identification/seals.
• Must be able to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Work is done indoors and outdoors – must be comfortable in all weather conditions.
• Able to continuously lift, push and pull up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Computerized check-in of passengers for international and domestic travel.
• Designate seat assignments and verify documentation.
• Ensure correct boarding passes are provided to each passenger for the assigned charter flight.
• Verify ticket and seat reservations; match manifest to on-board count.
• Assist with various governmental agency requirements and connect/disconnect jetway/stairs.
• Announce arrivals and departures as necessary.
